Our mountain-farm hay milk and organic mountain-farm hay milk is supplied by over 500 farming families from the Alpine region, such as the Bregenzerwald, the biosphere park Großes Walsertal, Tyrol, which is protected under UNESCO, and the neighbouring Allgäu. The mountain farmers undertook not to feed silage to their cows, i.e. no fermenting animal food, and to feed them in a controlled GMO-free way, in accordance with the hay milk regulatory. Our organic farmers also undertake to operate in accordance with the guidelines of national organic associations. Compliance with these guidelines is monitored by independent external supervisory bodies.
