Passion fruit and nutmeg inspire in the fragrance to associations of a flower meadow over refreshing fruits up to fine oriental spices. Notes of cream and light caramel make the connection to the basic product and its maturity. The yeast and ammonia, which give the cheeses a rather naughty note, can also be given a decent flavor. The mellow, delicate melting and chubby texture gives substance. Separate crystal inclusions provide additional excitement.
