Curiosity is aroused by the complex fragrances of capsicum, honey and sour cream. As the name suggests, this hearty cheese gets its sizzle from the small chilli pieces in the cheese and on the rind. The spiciness is accompanied by smoky and creamy notes from the semi-soft texture of the cheese.
