Käserebellen put their highest priority in producing cheese that does not only taste excellent but extraordinary.

The ingredients for a special kind of cheese experience are:

  • The selected and daily fresh hay-milk from the Alps from cows that are only fed with best-quality silage-free feed.
  • The careful production of cheese loaves with the expertise of employees who can look back on a cheese-making tradition of more than 150 years.
  • Both the long ripening period and the constant and careful treatment of the cheese loaves.

It is our aim to produce cheese of such a unique taste, that everyone loves to remember - a rebellious taste!
