The long-matured Bio mountain cheese from the Cheese Rebels

A mountaineer has a long, hard journey to the peak. It also takes a long time for this hard cheese to develop its special mature taste. The combination of a ripening time of six months and the production with Bio hay-milk turn this cheese into a delicately spicy high point on any cheese board.
